Yet there is a difference between superficial relaxation - and true, deep relaxation. True rest and relaxation isn’t just about resting your body, it’s about resting your mind and your nervous system too.
Yoga Nidrā - or ‘Yoga Sleep’ - is a guided meditation practiced lying down, that brings you into a state of deep rest - while still remaining awake and aware. It offers numerous benefits when practiced prenatally - helping to soothe the nervous system, relieve stress, promote restful sleep, create space to connect with your body and your baby, and so much more!
You’ll leave feeling more at ease, and attuned to your body, your baby and intuition as you prepare for birth and beyond.
