Hosted at Gentle Beginnings and facilitated by Lily Forsythe R. Ac.
Join us for a supportive, hands-on babywearing workshop designed for parents, parents to-be, and caregivers. Babywearing can be a powerful tool for bonding, soothing, and supporting both baby and caregiver nervous systems.
In this workshop, we’ll cover:
The benefits of babywearing for baby + parent
Babywearing safety
Different types of carriers, including half buckles, full buckles, ring slings, onbuhimos, and wraps
Trusted resources for continued learning and support
Participants are welcome to bring their own carriers to try, or to explore different styles during the workshop. This session is ideal for pregnant parents, new parents, and anyone supporting infants in the early months.
